Top Chef Dinner @ The Sanctuary
Chef Robin Leventhal will create a 7 course menu executed from 7 different challenges while filming Season 6 Las Vegas Top Chef.
You will have the rare opportunity to eat the food only Padma, Tom and the Guest Chef Judges were able to taste!
A few highlights from what you can Expect to see:
The dish from her "Vice" Challenge featuring "Bad Jew Pork 5 ways"
The "Roll the Dice" challenge where she was limited to only 3 ingredients: Her resulting dish was "Duck Breast with braised fennel golden raisin chutney, fennel chip and a fennel emulsion"
The "Angels & Devils" Quick fire challenge that she won!
And Of course the "Pear Pithivier with Elderflower Syrup" that helped win "The best Restaurants wars ever" according to Tom Colicchio!
