Andy Fleming, Dominic Dierkes, & Mo Alexander stand-up show!
On December 22, 2009, three of Memphis' favorite sons will come together for a show so monstrous that the only place wild enough to contain is (apparently) a venue that is a meeting place for werewolves: the Full Moon Club @ Zinnie's East.
-Andy Fleming brings his unique perspective-- on everything from pop culture to relationships to the higher times-- to the stage with an energy usually only seen in bathrooms where people are doing coke or in any conversation with Quentin Tarantino. Andy is also a member of award-winning improv comedy troupe The Wiseguys, which no doubt fuels the fact that you never quite know what's going to come out of his mouth (although there's a chance it could be saliva. First three rows = splash zone!). In 2009, Andy won Big Funny Productions' "Funniest Person In Memphis" contest, a contest only slightly more important and legitimate than the annual Tallahassee Poetry Slam. He also did some commercials once.
-Dominic Dierkes started performing comedy in Memphis at the age of fifteen at an open mike night, landed his first paying gig at age sixteen, and ten years later, he's still going strong. His love for stand-up and dedication to his craft has helped him to stand out from other comedians with his fresh, energetic stage presence. Dominic is also a member of the acclaimed comedy group DERRICK, whose internet video Bro Rape became an overnight sensation. The group produced a full-length movie, Mystery Team, which is currently being released all over America to rave reviews.
-Intelligence, debauchery, and all around entertainment, Mo Alexander is one of the most complete comics working in clubs and private events around today. Check him out. Buy him a shot or ten of higher end Tequila (no Cuervo!) and watch the antics of a true entertainer push the limits of what you thought was possible in comedy... without ending up at your local police department. Mo has opened for just about every comic you can think of, including Chris Rock, Jeff Foxworthy, Doug Stanhope, and Keenan Ivory Wayans. Mo was a writer on Scary Movie, a regular contributor to ESPN Radio's Out of Bounds with Spanky Brown, and an all-around philanderer. Do not miss this insane show.
