Beer U: Abbey and Trappist Ales
For hundreds of years, monks cloistered in the seclusion of monasteries brewed their own beer to sustain themselves through periods of fasting--and for all those other times of the year, too! Once they began selling their brews to sustain themselves financially as well as physically, the secret was out. Monks make darn tasty beer! Join our resident tonsure enthusiast and blabbermouth Ken Wright and reap the delicious benefits of centuries-old brewing techniques and styles. Amen!
