There is something undeniably romantic about a dimly lit cellar packed with column upon column of neatly stacked barrels. Even as a winemaker, the beauty of that room never diminishes. Step into our world as we open the cellar for a very rare winemaker dinner as Chef Brant dazzles us with 4 beautifully prepared courses paired with wines made by both Dean and Heather Neff
The Menu
Braised Stuffed Belgian Endive Wrapped in Puff Pastry served with Nefarious 2008 Viognier (90 points, Robert Parker)
Panzanella Salad with a Pomegranate Truffle Balsamic Vinaigrette served with Nefarious 2007 Syrah (91 points, Robert Parker)
Flame Broiled Quail with Apple Ringlets and Purple Sweet Potato Julienne, Grapes and Apricot Curry served with Nefarious 2007 Cabernet Franc (90 points, Robert Parker)
Belgian Chocolate Cheesecake with a Mission Fig and Quinoa Crust served with Nefarious 2007 Malbec

Your reservation includes a 4-course dinner, 4 matched wines, food and wine talk, romantic music, and a warm fleece blanket.
$99/person plus gratuity.
Dress is dressy casual. Our dinner will be in the barrel room, please bring a coat or sweater.
