The Meat Men Charcuterie and Beer Pairing
It's San Diego Beer Week and Thorn Street Brewery is bringing you something special with our Meat Men Charcuterie and Beer Pairing!
Albert from Meat Men will be slicing off from his famous dry sausages and salami and taking guests through the process he goes through to make his small batch, hand crafted charcuterie.
Brewer, Dan Enjem will be on hand to talk about the beer pairings and answer any questions people have about the brewing process.
There will be five pairings of dry sausages with five of our 5 oz tasters, selected by our brewer to bring the right flavors out in these tasty meats. Then you get a pint of your favorite brew when the tasting is done.
Also joining us will be Louie, from Prager Brothers' Artisan Breads. He will be bringing his hand crafted bavarian pretzels as well as breads and will be on hand to discuss the craft of bread making.
