Butternut Squash Sour Shots, Roasted Beet Bruschetta w/ Goat Feta, Alaska Wild Salt Cod Fritters and Fried Bread & Butter Pickles, Spicy Aioli, Spicy Ducks Wings with Raita, Deviled Farm Eggs, Salumi (made on premise) and Midwestern Cheese.
Participants include: Kinnikinnik Farm, Sea to Table, Potter's Crackers, Nice Cream, Rich Chocolates & Candies, Templeton Rye, Slow Food Chicago, Green City Market, & Half Acre.
