Vegan Tamale Making 101
This class, sponsored by VegansEatWhat.com, will be taught by Sarah Gordon of Tamales Especiales! Sarah will be teaching us how to make Autumn Love Tamales (an extremely mild seasonal tamale made with butternut squash, walnuts, carmelized onion, roasted tomatoes, cocoa nibs, cardomom and clove) and Green Chile Southwest (a mild to medium classic filing of sweet corn, zucchini and fresh roasted green chilies).
Each participant will receive hands-on class instruction, a tamale lunch (served with rice and beans), recipes and resource guide AND 6 tamales to take home - all for ONLY 29.00!
