Ryan Farr from 4505 Meats and Taylor Boetticher from Fatted Calf will be tag-teaming a carving demonstration on a goat and a lamb. They will also be spit-roasting a whole hog on an open fire. Rabbit crepinets, chicken beer sausages, chicharrones, taylor's salami and bacon brownies will also be offered. The accompanied libation will be another bacon inspired spirit from the bar.

Note: Price of admission gets you the demonstration viewing, all the food you can eat, and 1 free cocktail of your choice at the bar.
