This year Green Drinks is proud to partner with powerful non-profits to raise fund and awareness on behalf of Citizens Campaign for the Environment. With "Our Oceans" Holiday Benefit, Green Drinks NYC will enlighten and engage our green community through dance performances, keynote speaker and "take action" stations.
Our featured Holiday Party speaker is critically acclaimed TED prize winner and National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence, Dr. Sylvia Earle. Dr. Earle was named Time magazine's "hero for the planet," and will be illuminating the critical issues that currently face our oceans.
Dance performances by The Jacquie Buglisi Dance Theatre, Alessandro Pellicani former dancer from Cirque Du Soleil, extraordinary sounds from musician Max ZT on The Hammered Dulcimer and travel channel host and former NYC Rockette, our evenings Emcee, Cristina Carlson.
The evening's event will benefit Citizens Campaign for the Environment, a fantastic local, non-profit dedicated to protecting our eastern coasts.
OPEN BAR all night, hors d'oeuvres, "take action stations", live dance performance, silent auction, book signing and a number of special guests.
