Conflicts of Interest for Nonprofits
Nonprofit organizations are faced with heightened scrutiny of their governance practices, and well-written and observed conflicts of interest policies are becoming increasingly important for all nonprofits. This seminar will cover board obligations to avoid conflicts, model conflict of interest policies, tips on avoiding conflicts of interest, and what to do when a conflict arises.
