Beltane Ranch Zin Release Dinner & Dance
Please join Winemaker Kevin Holt and the Beltane Ranch family
for a spirited evening featuring sunset hors d'oeuvres, ranch-to-table dinner paired with estate wines, fireside desserts and dancing to rocking live country. Now the Executive Chef for Stark's Restaurant Group, our beloved former Chef Greg Markey returns for the night to prepare this meal.
This 2nd Annual Event features an exhibition of harvest action and the first opportunity to taste the much anticipated 2013 Estate Zinfandel. A four course meal featuring ranch-grown heirloom produce, local and seasonal items will be expertly paired with Beltane's estate wines.
