The Devil's Circus
by MOCHINOSHA / The Wishes Mystical Puppet Company
The myth of Orpheus and Eurydice retold, blended with the Christian story of The Fall of Man set in a circus. In this fractured fairy tale, the tightrope walker Orpheus, drops Eurydice to her death - where she meets and falls in love with the devil.
An international puppet theatre company, Mochinosa is based in Japan and Canada created by two puppeteers. Daniel Wishes and Seri Yanai strive to open the portal between reality and dreams to make the world just a little bit stranger.
