Soul Cocina presents... Jharna's Kitchen October 17th
In this session, participants will learn how to create homemade Indian cottage cheese for SAAG PANEER. We will also create our own masala blends for FIRE ROASTED BAINGAN BARTHA, a fragrant eggplant dish, plus SOUTH INDIAN POHA WITH CALIFORNIA TOMATOES, an addictive flattened rice dish that takes advantage of the local tomato season. Plus hand tossed RUMALI ROTI. For dessert we will use ingredients like jaggery, ghee, cardamom and puffed rice to create MURMURA LADDU.
