The Oriental Bliss Gala Show 2015 featuring Sadie Marquardt
Sadie Marquardt, often called "The Queen of the Drum Solo," is known for exquisite body control that combines athleticism and artistic expression. Since rising to stardom in 2004, Sadie's achievements include receiving over 26 million views for one of her videos on YouTube, making it into the "Top 48" on "America's Got Talent" in season 5, and being an inspiration to her audiences and students in her travels to over 40 countries.
This will be Sadie's first time performing in Seattle and in the Pacific Northwest. For this premiere Oriental Bliss Gala Show, she will be joined by over ten additional award-winning dancers and experts in bellydance performance styles including Troupe Shula Azhar, Dahlia Moon, Nadira, Ruby Beh, and bellydance icon Delilah!
Seattle musicians George Sadak & Friends and the six-piece Arabic music ensemble House of Tarab will further elevate this evening of dance and make January 10th a night to remember!
Roxy and Oriental Bliss Productions plan for the Gala Show to be an annual event that will help continue to establish Seattle as a home of high-caliber, world-renown bellydance artistry and music.
