The Rockin' Ramen! event will introduce attendees to
the diverse, delicious,wide world of ramen from its history, ingredients including broth and noodles and Flavors!
Join Sun Noodle and partner Chef Shigetoshi Nakamura and
Sun Ramen National Sales Manager George Kao foran
informative and immersive evening that explores the art and
craft of this not-as-simple-as-it-looks dish!
Demonstration starts at 6:30 sharp
Sake and Japanese beer will be served before the demonstration.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the LDNYscholarshipfund.
