Description
Baa!  There is great Manchego, Pecorino, and Roquefort in New York City, but that isn't half the story of the great sheep's milk cheeses in this city.  On September 15 from 6:30 to 8, at Nectar Wine Bar, 2235 Frederick Douglass Blvd, we will explore the full breadth of great sheep cheese, from the Pyrenees to Vermont and back again.  Taste the delicate flavor of newcomers like Berkswell and experience classic flavors from Tuscany.  Tickets are $25 and you pay for your wine as you go.  There will be recommended wine pairings from Nectar Wine Bar owner Jai Jai Greenfield.

NOTE: No one under 21 years old will be admitted.
