In the second of our three September events celebrating the wonderful world of Sheep's milk cheeses, The Joy of Cheese d.b.a Six Pack will add more proof of how adeptly cheese and beer pair. On September 17 we will pair seven fantastic Iberian cheeses with seven beers from other parts of Europe and maybe even a new world brew or two. The tasting runs about an hour and costs only $20. The Sheepy September continues on the 22nd with an event at Stella, where we will pair nine superb sheeps's milk cheeses with four incredible wines.
