Baaa! Sheep cheeses come in a wide variety of spectacular textures and delightful flavors. The Joy of Cheese closes it's sheepy September on the 22nd with a tasting of nine fantastic sheep cheeses and four wines specially chosen to match. Expect rare pecorinos, soft, washed rind cheeses from Provence, roqueforts, Manchego style cheeses and many more. Martin Johnson will lead the discussion about cheese, and Peter Jamros will enlighten us all about the wines. The event is at Stella, 213 Front St. near the South St. Seaport. Tickets are $40.
