Third Date Presents "The Guy Show"
Local favorites Third Date return to Common Ground Theatre with a unique improv show to close out the summer. In The Guy Show Third Date's regular cast (Dan Sipp, Nancy Pekar, Jenny Spencer and and J Chachula) is joined by former member of Transactors Improv Company, Eric Singdahlsen, for two performances that explore friendship, careers, love and what it means to be a man in the world today.
"I'm really excited about this project, "says Sipp, who also directs the group. "The fact that it's even happening is pretty amazing. Eric lives in the Washington, DC area. He's taking a week off from his family and job to come down here. We're going to rehearse together every day for a week, then do the shows. I've never tried anything like this, but I know it's going to be a lot of fun. Eric is a good friend of mine and very, very talented. Everybody is looking forward to playing together."
After Saturday night's performance there will be a talk back with the cast.
