Pratt Area Community Council is celebrating its 45th anniversary on Wednesday October 21st with a festive dinner and dance at the Irondale theatre on South Oxford Street in Fort Greene. The festive event will be a gathering of 250 of PACC's business partners, professional colleagues as well as community residents. It will be a fun, creative celebration of 45 years of community building.
The evening starts at 6 pm with a full bar and hors d'oeuvres. At 7 pm there is buffet dinner catered by a local Brooklyn caterer using organic, sustainable produce. The program includes renowned group Creative Dance Outlet, led by Jamal Gaines as well as magical entertainment provided by Prakash Puru of the Artifice Group, www.TheArtificeGroup.com. You will also see a short video on PACC and its accomplishments and hear from their honorees, Brooklyn Community Foundation and Capital One Bank. The program officially ends at 9 pm but for those who would like to kick their heels up, there will be dancing til 11 pm. Come out and have fun and support a good cause!
