Seasons of Seafood Dinner Series - Fresh Albacore Tuna
For the third installment of Seasons of Seafood we are very pleased to have Chef Taichi Kitamura from Sushi Kappo Tamura. Tamura has been recognized as one of the best sushi restaurants in the country and also one of the best overall restaurants in the city. Tamura uses seasonal ingredients of the Pacific Northwest in authentic Japanese preparation. Chef Kitamura will create a four-course dinner featuring one of the gems of Northwest Seafood, local fresh Albacore Tuna. To complement Taichi's creation we are also very pleased to feature libations curated by Maggie Savarino, expert in all good things with alcohol and author of The Seasonal Cocktail Companion. Tickets are limited and include gratuity.
A portion of the proceeds will support an educational cooking experience for children.
