Soul Cocina presents... Jharna's Kitchen #2
In this session, participants will learn how to create homemade Indian cottage cheese for SAAG PANEER. We will also create our own masala blends for FIRE ROASTED BAINGAN BARTHA, a fragrant eggplant dish, plus SOUTH INDIAN POHA WITH CALIFORNIA TOMATOES, an addictive flattened rice dish that takes advantage of the local tomato season. For dessert we will use ingredients like jaggery, ghee, cardamom and puffed rice to create MURMURA LADDU.
