| Beer and cheese pair at least as well if not better than wine and cheese. We're proving it this summer at d.b.a Brooklyn, 113 N. 7th St in Williamsburg between Berry and Wythe, where one Tuesday night per August, Martin Johnson presents eight cheeses and Ray Deter presents six beers that meld magnificently.
