This is both a demonstration and a practical hands-on cooking class with Chef Reva Haselkorn, where you will prepare and enjoy a satisfying and delicious 3-course vegan meal in celebration of the American cook out tradition, with the added twist of learning the technique of "stove-top smoke infusion" to impart smoky BBQ flavor into any meal, even without a grill or charcoal.
You'll prepare a variety of BBQ delights, such as:
- Creamy Corn Soup with Roasted Corn Salsa - Black Bean Burgers with Handmade Whole Wheat Tortillas - Stove-top Smoked Tofu and Quinoa Salad - Stone Fruit Tarts - a sparkling fruity cocktail (mock-tail version also available)
Space is limited, so register here, by Aug. 1. On Line registrations only. No walk ups the day of.

Haley House Bakery Cafe has plenty of free parking in the lot where the cafe is situated.
