Tales from The Arabian Nights
Three magical tales from MDTC's repertory adapted from Scheherazade's thousand and one Arabian nights will be presented together for the first time in the Company's new production of Tales from The Arabian Nights. Retold and directed by Morgiana Celeste Varricchio with choreography by Samara, the production premieres this November at Westminster Arts Center in Bloomfield, NJ. We are happy to announce that this program will be presented free of charge to the general public. In addition, the program will include a special performance of Bharanatyam dance, the classical dance of Southern India, by Guest Artist Ramya Ramnarayan and her Nrithyanjali Dance Company. You won't want to miss it!
