Living in St. Louis? Love our local craft beer scene? So do we! Which is why we're celebrating the end of St. Louis Craft Beer Week with a block party behind the newest member of the Baileys' Restaurants: Rooster South Grand.
Please join us for the closing ceremonies (and a whole lot more) on Sunday, August 3rd from 12-6pm. Your ticket will include unlimited sampling from these great brewers: Schlafly, Charleville, Urban Chestnut, Civil Life, Perennial, 4 Hands, New Belgium, 2nd Shift. We will welcome two newcomers to the event this year: Deschutes and Tallgrass! Each brewer will be bringing new and special release beers for a total of 40+ beers to sample!
Other activities will include: clowns from Circus Flora's Clowns on Call, games and prizes, silent auction and raffle, food available for purchase by The Fifth Wheel, live music by Faces Like Flint and DJ MAKossa, representation from Femme Ferment, and childrens' activities by SCOSAG. The whole family is invited! Free parking is available in the South Grand CID Lot. Free bike valet also available.
Just who is Schurcipefones you might ask? Well she's the lost Greek goddess of local beer, food, and block parties! Her name might also be an acronym for all the great brewers involved ;)
The Schurcipefones Festival will benefit the local, non-profit organization, Circus Flora Clowns on Call!
