The shadow, the place where you hide all the parts of yourself that you don't know what to do with, scare you, defy who you think you are or feel unlovable.
You hide her in your heart and your body.
You seek her out in relationships, attempting to return to wholeness.
She is you.
Shadow can only exist when there is light. In fact, the deepest shadow can only be revealed with the brightest light.
What you are seeking, seeks you.
Your wholeness, your awesomeness, your power...shadow and light, power and fragility, strength and fear all live inside of you.
I invite you to join me for this experiential evening of deep diving, storytelling, embodiment and healing.
Every woman's journey begins in the summer and fall, eventually, as Persephone did, journeying into the underworld. This is an initiatory process that mirrors the cyclical nature of the feminine, one that is potent and essential to honor, revive and revisit as you journey closer to the core of who and what you are.
During this evening workshop, we will:
- Share myths of the feminine journey into her shadow and returning to her light.
- Select and aspect of your shadow in relationship or a particular block you are experiencing for healing
- Through movement, ritual and experiential exercises connect with the wisdom language of your shadow
- Connect and integrate in the wisdom aspects of your shadow
