Jazz Bakery 2014 Angel City Jazz Festival... Headlining a double-bill, NEA Jazz Master, pianist/composer Toshiko Akiyoshi will perform in trio format with bassist Paul Gill and drummer Aarron Kimmel.

Opening this evening's double bill is... emerging pianist/composer Cathlene Pineda quartet. Her unique approach to harmony makes her a fresh and innovative contribution to the Los Angeles jazz scene.
