The Chef's Academy, which offers degrees in culinary education, has designed an expansive menu of vegetarian and vegan food for you to sample. You can watch as chefs prepare fresh, delicious meals right in front of you. Grab a plate and sample as many dishes as you want! The event runs 1:00PM - 3:00PM.

RAFFLE PRIZES!
Wiley Publishing and Half Price Books have both donated several vegetarian cookbooks. The Broad Ripple Brewpub and the Chicago Diner have both donated gift certificates for their restaurants. Other raffle sponsors include author Howard Lyman, Non-Violence United, Skinny Bitch workout videos, Bed Bath & Beyond and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

NEW LOCATION!
The Chef's Academy is gorgeous with over 27,000 square feet of gleaming new kitchen and classroom space dedicated to teaching the culinary arts. We love that people will be able to watch chefs prepare dishes live during the event. And, with Morgan Linen Service donating linens for the event, we are sure to have a beautiful atmosphere.

GREAT MENU!
Whole Foods Market and Good Earth are donating a lot of our food. Combined with the fresh produce from Piazza Produce, this is sure to be the best menu we've ever offered.

Designed around the garden-fresh fruits and vegetables from Piazza Produce, the menu offers delights like watermelon salsa, Greek Potato Salad, Chickpea Mini-Burgers and lavender and lemon sorbet.
