Join Gianluca Varenni a native of Asti, Italy as he provides instruction in creating a typical Northern Italian antipasti and composing an appetizing arrangement of light summer fare, then enjoy your repast. Cost includes a serving platter for each participant. Gianluca's menu will feature Zucchini in carpione, Bagnet a Pezzi or 'diced dip', cipolle ripiene (onions stuffed with meat), crostini con gorgonzola e noci, and prosciutto e melone.
