You already know how beautifully beer and chocolate play off each other when enjoyed together--and if you don't, come find out! This time we've added a new twist: Will Gustwiller, proprietor and head chocolatier of Eclipse Chocolat, has prepared some unusual truffles exclusively for this pairing event. Not only are his latest creations intended to be enjoyed alongside a good beer, they practically ARE beer! For these new truffles, Will prepared the ganache by infusing cream with roasted barley malt, and he added a reduction of Arrogant Bastard Ale directly to the chocolate. If you want to try these beer-a-licious truffles, this is the only place you'll find them!
