A dazzling lineup of theater, dance, video and literary artists from Portland and beyond rise to the challenge of creating a piece in ten days by cutting, pasting, mangling or otherwise adapting text selected from avant-garde writer/director Richard Foreman's online notebooks. http://ontological.com/RF/notebooks.html
This year, the festival will be at IMAGO THEATRE! With air conditioning! TWO SEPARATE SHOWS! ONE NIGHT ONLY!
At 12:01 am on July 9, the performers are given the text plus a few simple restrictions; ten days later audiences will thrill to the amusing, shocking and enlightening results in two different programs.
