Slow Food Yolo Presents a Unique Opportunity

Private Sensory Evaluation of Wine Workshop Featuring Selected Yolo Wines, followed by appetizers and wine.
The workshop will be conducted by world-famous sensory evaulation wine expert, Ann Noble, Professor Emerita, Department of Viticulture and Enology, UC Davis. This event will be held at a private home in Davis.
Included for each participant is a copy of her Wine Aroma Wheel. Limited to 24 people. Tickets: $25 Slow Food members; $35 non-members.
