Ryan Farr and Taylor Boetticher will be demonstrating how to butcher a 250lb Duroc pig from 'Good Farm'.  The swine will then be thrown on the bbq and offered as snacks.  This will be accompanied by pulled-pork sliders, home-made corn dogs and hot dogs w/all the fixin's, chicharrones and an assortment of taylor's fine meats and pate's.  We will also offer a bacon infused bourbon that will be used in our custom 'old-fashioned's'.

Note: We will start things off around 6pm, but it will last for several hours, so dont feel like you have to be the first in the door, there will be PLENTY of everything for everyone.
