ABQ - Stand Up For Mental Health 2014
Stand Up For Mental Health is led by award-winning counsellor and stand up comic David Granirer, Stand Up For Mental Health (which was featured in the VOICE Award winning CBC documentary Cracking Up) teaches stand-up comedy to people with mental illness as a way of building confidence and fighting public stigma. http://www.standupformentalhealth.com
For this show David, who himself has depression will perform with a group of Albuquerque residents he has trained to do stand up comedy all about their recovery journeys. Come prepared to laugh your head off!!!
