Audrey Saunders, celebrity mixologist and proprietor of Pegu Club, is mixing up a batch of remarkable, Greenmarket-inspired cocktails to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Greenmarket. Three featured cocktails will be served along with passed hors d' oeuvres. And, Marcel Van Ooyen, Executive Director, Council on the Environment of NYC, the parent organization of Greenmarket, will stop by to talk about Greenmarket at 30.
