New York Farm To Yoga Dinner Club
Come join us at Growing Heart Farm for our upcoming Farm-to-Table Yoga Dinners! Spend a relaxing day at the farm and indulge in the best of the harvest season. Stretch out in the sunshine with a yoga class lead by amazing teachers like Margi Young, Abby Paloma, Aarona Pichinson and Derek Cook. Following yoga, nourish your body with an "ultra-ganic" meal grown in our field and prepared by our team of holistic chefs, including Rachelle Crocker and Hannah Gruber. Sunshine, fresh air, heart centering yoga, delicious meal, amazing people, supporting your local farmers does it get any better?? We are honored to share the abundance with you.
GETTING HERE: It is an easy train ride from New York City. You can even walk from the train station to the farm. Take the direct the Metro North train from Grand Central Station or from harlem 125th st to the Harlem Valley Wingdale Station.
All of our events are family friendly, kids under 12 are free. All dinners are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free friendly.

Sat July 12th - Full Moon Extravaganza // Opening Weekend
Derek Cook and Kevin Bigger of Om Factory NYC will creatively take us into a fun and energetic yoga class as we celebrate the fullness of the moon and the abundance of the field. Rachelle Crocker of Honey + Schmaltz will be wildly cheffin' it up in the kitchen and Tyler Sussman will take us on a sound adventure.
Sat July 26th - Cool as a Cucumber
Aarona Pichinson will keep it cool as a cucumber as the summer heat dials in. The field will bask in all its magnificent glory and freshness. Rachelle Crocker will creatively cook while you quench yourself with cooling and refreshing herb tea. Chill soundscape with Tyler Sussman.
Sat August 16th - Its Getting Hot in Tomato and Pepper Town
Beloved Christie Clark and Margi Young, formerly of OM yoga, will be back for their third OM yoga reunion. The fields will be fired up with an incredible display of heirloom tomato varieties, each tastin' like a different flavor of sunshine. Rachelle Crocker mixing it up in the kitchen. Sara Auster serenades our ears with sound delights. Hot and sweet peppers will be making their sassy debut onto the fields. But don't fret, there will still be cooling herbal iced tea
on hand and plenty of shade for your leisure.
Sat September 6th - Medicinal Plant and Herb Love
Richard Mandelbaum of Arbor Vitae School of Traditional Herbalism and Pepper Monroe come together to show us the ways in which plants teach us and heal us. We will explore the native flora and observe the essence and healing properties of the plants that surround us. Rachelle Crocker is back again with a flavor adventure. The mystical Susanna Raeven will sweeten the land with sound and music. The air is still warm and light with the scent of Fall tingling our noses. It's the last chance for romance as we see the field shifting towards the final harvest of potatoes, squash and turnips.
Sat October 4th - Fifth Anniversary of Farm To Yoga and Growing Heart Farm Celebration
Join Abby Paloma, Lewis Kofsky, Hannah Gruber & Rusty Zimmerman and come together to celebrate five years of farming, dining, and yoga-ing at Growing Heart Farm. Abby will teach and guide the farm tour. Hannah & Rusty will cook up a divine feast in the kitchen. AJ Block of the Didge Project will take us on a sound exploration. We will savor the flavors of abundance from the farm, and with pickling and storing, the harvest will last until next year's young veggies sprout forth.
Sun October 12th - Closing of the Season
Erin Dudley keeps us earthy and connected as we move closer to the time of final harvest. On the farm it's time to start gearing up for the arrival of Winter. Consider the soil health, cover-ups and the coming frost. Rachelle Crocker creating in the kitchen. This event will be an intimate gathering, half the size of our other events. Enjoy dining fireside as the sun sets and the smokey winds of change enchant the land.
