Carnaval San Francisco 2009 King and Queen Competition
The annual Carnaval San Francisco King and Queen Competition will take place at Cafe Cocomo, 650 Indiana, San Francisco on Friday, May 15 at 8:00 pm. Costumed contestants representing all Carnaval traditions -- Brazilian, Caribbean, Traditional Folkloric and World/Fusion-- will vie for the coveted titles. The winners receive $500 cash each. Live entertainment, music and dj for dancing until 2:00 am. Age 21 with ID. For info, call 415-920-0122.
