 Saxelby Cheesemongers is proud to announce...
A Cheesy Fieldtrip! Join Matthew Scott and Anne of Saxelby Cheesemongers on a bus trip to one of New Yorks finest Artisanal Farmstead cheesemakers in the beautiful Hudson Valley. Farm tours, cheesemaking demonstrations and samplings of Sprout Creeks fine products followed by a lunch prepared by the CIA trained Sprout Creek Staff. Apple picking amongst peak fall foliage in the afternoon. Note to prospective fieldtrippers, buy pie crusts for bags of apples you will cart back to the City.
Enjoy all this while helping raise money for an amazing nonprofit farm that always has open doors to the community. See Sproutcreekfarm.org for a look at the many wonderful things they do besides turning out some of the finest cheeses available. All proceeds will go to support Sprout Creeks many programs. All this for $75!!!
