Radio Ga Ga
Since the company's inception, Pig Iron Theatre Company has been fascinated by alternative approaches to musical theater. In addition to pieces inspired by the music of Queen and Tom Waits, the company has composed original songs for theatrical works like Shut Eye, James Joyce is Dead and So is Paris: The Lucia Joyce Cabaret, and Pay Up. This event will showcase music that the company has created or rearranged for its pieces. Backed by a full band and featuring guest appearances from other members of the ensemble, Pig Iron's own James Sugg and Dito van Reigersberg will sing songs from the company's oeuvre and discuss the endless possibilities of music as onstage expression. Participants include Dito van Reigersberg and James Sugg, accompanied by a full band and members of the Pig Iron Ensemble
