Daphne Pop up
We are pleased to announce the first dinner in a series to promote progressive dining in Portland. Created by Chef Jake Martin and Wine & Service Director Christopher Sky, Daphne Restaurant will be a contemporary American restaurant dedicated to giving back to the community that supports it. The first dinner will be nine courses of progressive cuisine paired with unique wines in an intimate setting removed from the pretense of formal service.
Daphne's goal is to offer a dining experience unique to Portland. One where the food and wine are of the highest standards and carefully thought out while providing convivial, knowledgeable service. In short, we hope to create an everyday fine dining experience, not a quiet, white linen, "special occasion" restaurant. Times are changing and we hope to be the forerunners instrumenting that change.
10 dollars from every ticket goes to the Portland Earth, Art and Agriculture Project.
