Meet the 30 wonderful people of Leadership Mendocino Class XVI who participated in 9 months of intensive education, skills development and networking with 125 community leaders and cheer them on as they graduate during this gala annual event on May 29, 2009 at the Ukiah Valley Conference Center in Ukiah. The event runs from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.
This year, Leadership Mendocino takes our live and silent auctions to new heights of stardom with live auction offerings including quick trips and posh vacations. Closer to home there's plenty of wattage for live auction lovers, including a cooking class with favorites John Ash and Patrona restaurant's Bridget Harrington at the new Mendocino College culinary kitchen; a specialty stay and cooking class at the fabulous Apple Farm in Anderson Valley, food and fun in an exciting San Francisco weekend vacation and Mendocino Coast weekend vacation packages.
This is Leadership Mendocino's premier fundraising event of the year--starring the best of Mendocino County! Join us to cheer on the next class of graduates and enjoy cuisine by Kilkenny Kitchens paired with Fetzer Vineyards' organic Bonterra cabernet. You'll be supporting the most successful community-building program in Mendocino County, since 1992. See you there!

Note: After-work wine and beer bar with specialty appetizers including Oceta caviar starts at 5:30 p.m. Dinner is served from 6--7 p.m. featuring locally grown organic vegetables, Mendocino County grass-fed organic beef and fresh seasonal fish, each paired to perfection with the best of Mendocino County organic wines.
