This Spirit Extension Experience is open to all -- whether you're already connected to Spirit or just curious. It's your choice whether to listen in on one, two or all three sessions. Online and telephone listening options available.

Each one hour and 45 minute session will contain specific meditations and exercises for increasing your communication with the other side.
