Detroit-area Off-Flavor Training Course
Great training for those who are preparing for Certified Cicerone exams, homebrewers who'd like to learn more about off-flavors, or the just the beer curious!
Sensory training for common beer off-flavors with tasting and lecture. The tasting is geared towards the off-flavors tested on the Certified Cicerone exam, but is open to anyone 21+ who is interested. Off-flavors presented will be LightStruck, DMS, Diacetyl, Trans-2-Nonenal, Infection, and Acetaldehyde. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
