Maxime and Jehangir are collaborating on a tasting menu that will include Jehangir's brilliant Mushroom-Angus Burger along with modern interpretations of Cream of Mushroom Soup and Lasagna alla Bolognese.
The dinner will also include beautiful Black Mouth Chinook Salmon from local supplier, Jeffrey Allan Griffiths, paired with a lightly smoked Golden Enoki Mushroom Butter, and an incredible variety of mushrooms from Mikuni Wild Harvest to showcase this most noble of ingredients.
Doors open at 7 p.m. with a cocktail and appetizer reception, followed by seating at 7:30 p.m.
Ticket price is all inclusive of 8 courses, wine, the company of local chefs, and a gift bag.
