Cheese 101
Cheese School is a great way to learn about the interesting and delicious world of traditional cheeses: a world that is a cross section of agriculture, climate, geography, and food culture and artisanry.
Cheese 101 covers the basics of the cheese world so those in attendance can move on to a more enjoyable experience with cheese.
We will review the basics of cheesemaking, milk-types, styles of cheese, affinage, and more.
Feel free to bring your own beverage of choice to class.
All attendees receive 10% off their purchase for attending class.
Cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend, your admission fee may be applied to a future class.
