Kiss My Grits Brunch Pop-Up at Bloom Restaurant Part 2
The last one was such a hit, and a couple of you couldn't make it, so why don't we just do it again? Jason from Bloom has been gracious enough to have me back so I am gonna cook some different things off the upcoming truck menu.
First:
Clam and Corn Chowder
Second:
Fried Cheesy Grits
served with spicy tomato sauce
Last:
Smoked Salmon and Grit Cakes
fennel confit, corn, topped with poached egg.
Menu is set, no substitutions please.
3 courses/ $25. Seatings at 11am or 1pm.
Tickets will be available though Brown Paper Tickets.
