Pregnant with her second child, director Rebecca Samona travels with her mother to Rhodes, where their family and the Rhodeslis Jewish community lived for generations.

The film follows the rise of Ladino singer, Yasmin Levy, as she rediscovers her father, Yitzhak Levy, the revered Ladino singer, who dedicated his life to recording and documenting the old Ladino songs before they became extinct.
