| Description |
Over 500 poets from across the Bay Area participate in the annual celebration of youth voice, literacy, and lyricism.
Bay Area youth poets who have participated in the preliminaries at community venues in Oakland and San Francisco will perform at the Semi-Finals. 18 Semi-Finalist will get the opportunity to perform at the Grand Slam Finals at the San Francisco Opera House on Saturday, April 11.
