Description
How does a cheese become a cheddar?  How do old world and new world cheddars differ?  How is that changing?  What's like a cheddar but not a cheddar?  These and many other questions will be the focal point of the March Joy of Cheese tasting at 10 Degrees, 121 St. Mark's Place.  The events are March 10th and 18th.  The tasting starts just after 7 and runs until around 8:30.  Tickets are $35/$40 at the door, and both cheese lovers and novices are invited!

NOTE: No one under 21 years old will be admitted.
